Mbali joined Simeka Health in October 2021 and is the current managing director. She has over 33 years of experience in the banking and non-banking financial services industry, where she acquired expertise across banking, retail, corporate and healthcare. Mbali holds a National Certificate in Commerce, a Certificate in Banking, and Marketing Diploma from the Institute of Bankers, and an MBA from Business School Netherlands. She has also completed a Management Advancement Programme through Wits Business School, a General Management Programme through Harvard Business School, and Fintech through Gordon Institute of Business Science.
